Troubleshooting Guidelines
Due to the continuous influx of traffic, there may be delays in our responses. While awaiting assistance, kindly follow the steps outlined below:
If you are not receiving notifications, please ensure that they are enabled in the app settings. Navigate to “App Settings > Notifications” and set your preferences. If all notifications are turned on, and you are still not receiving them, visit your phone settings, go to “Notifications > Manage Notifications > Oros Health app,” and ensure notifications are switched on.
In the event of not receiving an OTP via email, check your spam inbox. In most cases, this resolves the issue. If the problem persists, kindly contact us at grievance@oros.com, providing your User handle and a screen recording of the issue for further assistance.
If your app is freezing while creating a post, clear the app’s cache and cookies to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, contact us at grievance@oros.com, sharing your User handle and a screen recording of the issue for thorough investigation
